Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) – Employee Health | Cohoes, NY
Clover Health Services is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) for a 26-week contract with the possibility of extension for up to 6 months.
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM–3:00 PM
Tentative Start Date: 9/14
Travel: $3,417/week | $91.12/hr
Local: $3,198/week | $85.28/hr
Requirements & Responsibilities:
- Conduct pre-employment, occupational health, and fitness-for-duty medical examinations.
- Perform examinations for NYS Civil Service, local civil service, and partnering agencies.
- Review respirator questionnaires and complete clearance reports.
- Review audiometric testing results and prepare reports.
- Assist with ECG and pulmonary function testing.
- Provide employee immunizations, including Hepatitis, rabies, and influenza vaccines.
- Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests.
- Assess and manage patients’ clinical problems and healthcare needs.
- Must be licensed and eligible to practice as an NP in New York State.
