Technicians should be able to satisfactorily perform / achieve each of the job functions and responsibilities. Ideal background would include:
* Ability to perform Basic Maintenance, perform Tire Services and Wheel Alignments, perform Multi-Point Vehicle Inspections, and have technical ability and understanding of Diagnosis and Mechanical Repair.
* Have a current, valid drivers license.
* Be capable of effective and professional communications.
* Have some ASE certifications, or looking to attain them (Company pays for passed tests).
* Must possess own tools.
