Marketing Assistant – Travel Agency (Full-Time)

About Us
We are a travel agency seeking a motivated, and highly trainable Marketing Assistant to join our team.
This is a training-focused entry-level position designed for candidates who may not have extensive experience but are eager to learn, grow, and build a long-term career in marketing and the travel industry.
We are not looking for short-term or temporary applicants. We are looking for individuals who want to develop with the company over time.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist in executing marketing campaigns and promotions
- Support daily marketing operations and project follow-ups
- Help create and manage marketing content and materials
- Assist with social media and digital marketing execution
- Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution
Requirements (Must-Have)
- Bachelor’s degree from a U.S. university
- Preferred majors: Marketing, Communications, Hospitality & Tourism, Media, Design, or related fields
- Fluent in Mandarin Chinese
- Strong English communication skills
- Strong execution ability and fast learning mindset
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and highly organized
- Must be willing to work full-time on-site in Alhambra, CA

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
