HESSCO has a full-time position (35 hours per week) available for a Geriatric Support Service Coordinator (GSSC). Senior Care Options (SCO) is a comprehensive health plan. SCO plans offer the opportunity to receive quality health care by combining health services with social support services. The GSSC conducts in-home assessments and provide home-based services coordination provided by a SCO plan contracted by the Aging Service Access Point (ASAP) known as HESSCO.

Regional SHINE Program Lead
Job description
HESSCO, a non-profit social services agency, seeks a full-time (35 hours per week,) SHINE Program Lead to manage the Regional SHINE Program (Serving Health Insurance Needs of Everyone). This position will work directly with consumers requiring health insurance counseling. This position will coordinate training and direct service activities for the volunteer SHINE counselors. The SHINE Program Lead is responsible for all SHINE program reporting and data collection.

PROTECTIVE SERVICE WORKER:
HESSCO seeks a full-time (35 hours per week) Protective Service Worker. The Protective Service Program provides short-term, crisis intervention to older adults who need services necessary to prevent, eliminate, or remedy the effects of physical, sexual, emotional abuse, caregiver neglect, financial exploitation, and self-neglect. The role of the Protective Service Worker is to assess allegations of abuse to establish a basis for services along with conducting in person intakes, home visits, investigations, service planning, and crisis intervention.

Registered Nurse
Job Description
HESSCO, a non-profit social services agency, has a full-time (35 hours per week) position available for a Registered Nurse. This position does not require you to work nights, weekends or holidays.
The RN participates in service planning and nursing assessments of consumers to determine their medical eligibility for programs funded by the Executive Office of Aging and Independence. The nurse performs in-home nursing assessments to determine the personal care needs of Home Care consumers and nursing facility residents. The RN works as a part of the interdisciplinary team in the discharge planning of consumers.

MEAL SITE MANAGER – SUPPORTIVE HOUSING

Part-Time – Monday– Friday 10:30 am-12:30 pm
Supportive Housing Program: Meal Site Manager needed to manage the daily operation of the Congregate Lunch Program in a Supportive Housing Program. Responsibilities include assisting with and managing all procedures of the Meal Site, coordinating the serving of lunches to building residents and community elders, delivering meals as needed, and maintain program records.
