STORE MANAGER – TINT WORLD ROWLETT (NOW HIRING)
Full-Time 60 Hours/Week (Non-Negotiable)

Tint World Rowlett is expanding and we are hiring a Store Manager to take full ownership of daily operations and lead a high-performance team. This role requires discipline, leadership, and the ability to run a fast-paced, high-volume shop.
Requirements:
- Must have tinting experience or be willing to complete our full Tint World training program
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- Must have a reliable, working vehicle
- Must commit to 60 hours per week
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage technicians, create schedules, and enforce quality standards
- Sales experience preferred but not required
What You’ll Do:
- Run daily store operations for Tint World Rowlett
- Build and manage weekly schedules for tint technicians
- Oversee all tint jobs to ensure quality and consistency
- Handle customer service, sales, invoicing, and workflow
- Maintain inventory, shop organization, and Tint World brand standards
- Lead with accountability, structure, and professionalism
Training Provided:
If you are not already a trained tinter, we provide full Tint World training including
- Architectural tint basics
- PPF and ceramic coating fundamentals
- Sales training and customer handling
- Film knowledge, install techniques, contamination control, and quality control
