Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and manage reservation bookings
- Escort guests to their tables, ensuring a positive first impression and comfortable seating experience
- Coordinate with the kitchen and service staff to deliver food promptly and accurately as a Food Runner
- Maintain clear communication with team members regarding guest needs, special requests, and table status using effective phone communication and restaurant systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS
- Manage restaurant table assignments efficiently to optimize seating capacity and guest flow
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized dining area that adheres to health regulations and hospitality standards

- Strong organizational skills to handle multiple tables, reservations, and food deliveries seamlessly
