Position Title: Packaging & Assembly (Part Time)
Reports to: Production manager
Summary: Responsible for building and assembling product lines from raw goods to finished inventory. Must have strong communication skills with the ability to work independently, establish priorities and be self-motivated.
Duties & Responsibilities
● Build and assemble product lines from raw goods to finished inventory
● Package products to be put on the shelf
●Light assembly of products ex: arrow rests, scopes, misc. products
● Print cardstock using a computer and cut to size
● Other duties as assigned by supervisor or other management as required
Knowledge, skills and abilities:
Required:
● Ability to establish priorities, work independently and be self-supervised
● Ability to identify, evaluate and resolve recurring problems
● Fine hand coordination skills to handle small parts during assemblies
● Ability to move on your feet for 5-6 hours/day
● Consistently arrive on time with a good work ethic & be detail oriented
● Maintain a clean & safe work environment for assembly team
● Good oral and written communication skills
● Ability to resolve conflict in a professional manner
Preferred/ willing to learn:
● In depth knowledge of the target archery and hunting industry
● Knowledge of computer software, Adobe Illustrator, QuickBooks Desktop
Anticipated Hours: Monday- Thursday 8am – 2 pm Starting wage: $16/hour
Benefits: Flexible schedule (15-25 hours per week based off work load)
