Overview
We are seeking an experienced Collision Estimator to join our collision repair team. In this vital role, you will evaluate vehicle damage resulting from collisions, accurately estimate repair costs, and coordinate with technicians and customers to ensure a seamless repair process. Your expertise in auto estimating will drive customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. - Conduct thorough inspections of damaged vehicles to assess the extent of collision-related repairs.
- Prepare detailed and accurate repair estimates using auto estimating software, ensuring transparency and clarity for customers and insurance companies.
- Communicate effectively with customers to explain repair procedures, costs, and timelines while providing exceptional customer service throughout the process.
- Coordinate with insurance adjusters and handle all aspects of auto estimating and writing to streamline claims processing.
Qualifications
- Proven collision center experience as a collision estimator or writer.
- Hands-on experience with auto body repair processes and familiarity with auto estimating software tools.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly and professionally.
- Ability to maintain organized records of estimates and repairs.
