Responsibilities
- Develop and implement tailored OT plans that promote communication skills, motor development, and overall functional independence.
- Provide direct speech therapy and occupational therapy services to students with a variety of developmental delays and disabilities.
- Monitor student progress regularly, adjusting intervention strategies to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Maintain detailed documentation of treatment plans, progress notes, and compliance with educational and healthcare regulations.
- Stay current with advancements in pediatrics, physiology knowledge, anatomy understanding, and medical terminology relevant to patient care within an educational context.
Qualifications
- Valid licensure as an Occupational Therapist t with experience in school settings preferred.
- TSSLD for Speech Therapists
