We are seeking budtenders/Delivery Drivers. While cannabis product knowledge is preferred, a willingness to learn is essential. Strong communication skills and prior customer service experience are highly valued.

Main Duties / Responsibilities

Maintain the organization and cleanliness of the store

Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after the sales experience

Develop and maintain knowledge of all cultivars and products in store inventory

Attend ongoing product knowledge training sessions

Follow all operational rules, regulations, policies, and procedures

Ensure satisfaction of all customers in the retail experience, focusing on increasing customer loyalty

Conduct deliveries in a timely and professional manner, ensuring orders are accurate and handled with care
About You

Minimum 21+ years of age

Legally authorized to work in Cannabis in New York

Prior retail or customer service experience is an asset

Want to grow and develop Sales and Customer Service skills

A minimum of an associate's degree is required

Must have a valid driver’s license
