What this role is really about:
You will be a key part of the preconstruction engine. You’ll prepare estimates, review plans and specs, identify scope gaps, coordinate pricing, and help us pursue the right work with confidence and discipline.

What you’ll do:
Prepare estimates for commercial masonry restoration and waterproofing projects
Review drawings, specifications, details, and bid documents
Perform takeoffs and develop labor, material, and production pricing
Identify scope gaps, exclusions, and risks before submission
Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, GCs, and internal team members
Help strengthen our estimating systems, bid quality, and preconstruction process

What we’re looking for:
5+ years of commercial estimating experience
Experience in masonry restoration, waterproofing, concrete restoration, exterior envelope, or related specialty trades strongly preferred
Strong plan/spec reading and takeoff skills
Ability to manage multiple bids and deadlines
High ownership and solid commercial judgment

Pay: From $90,000.00 per year
