Oranje Commercial Janitorial is looking for energetic individuals who want to bring their passion for cleaning to an environment that fully supports their ability to grow, learn and succeed.

Shift: 1st Shift Custodian/Rover, Mon-Fri 7:00 AM - 3:30 AM (40 hours weekly)
Pay Rate: $17.00/hour

Mileage may be reimbursed and vehicle may be provided by Oranje depending on location
General Janitorial/Custodian duties daily. Assisting with callouts, vacation requests, and cover for vacancies in various locations.
Duties will remain the same as other Janitorial roles. Sweeping, Mopping, Buffing, Dusting, Vacuuming, Cleaning Drains, Descaling, Spot Removal, Restroom Cleaning, Stairs, Elevators, Windows, Doors/Hinges, Wiping, Emptying Garbage, Power Washing, Ability to Patrol Areas and Identify and Report Maintenance Issues, Additional Tasks as Assigned, etc.
All drivers are required to have an Arizona issued drivers license
Must have a reliable vehicle
Must be able to pass required background checks and obtain any site-specific clearances, including extensive federal clearances when required.
Must be able to ass a drug test
Must be reliable and be punctual
Must attend a driver class upon hiring
