About the Opportunity
FLEX Marketing is looking for driven, competitive, and coachable individuals to join our door-to-door sales team for the upcoming season. This is a hands-on, high-energy internship where you’ll represent top pest control and home services brands directly to homeowners — building real-world sales, communication, and business skills while earning uncapped commission.

What You’ll Do
- Canvass assigned residential territories, going door-to-door to generate interest and close sales for pest control and home services
- Deliver product pitches and handle objections in real time
- Build and manage your own pipeline of leads and follow-ups
- Attend daily team trainings and huddles to sharpen your sales technique
- Track your daily activity and sales metrics
- Represent the FLEX Marketing brand professionally in every homeowner interaction
What We’re Looking For
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient — comfortable with rejection and persistent in the face of it
- Strong communicator who can build rapport quickly with strangers
- Willing to work outdoors, on your feet, and door-to-door for extended hours
- Coachable and open to feedback from team leads and mentors
- No prior sales experience required — we provide full training
- Must be 18+ and able to relocate to the assigned territory for the summer
- Reliable transportation to team meeting points a plus
