As a Operator in Infrastructure services, you'll work with specialized equipment to inspect, clean, and maintain critical underground infrastructure. Every day is different—you'll travel to job sites, operate advanced technology, perform hands-on field work, and help keep essential systems running safely and efficiently.
About the Role
Field Operators perform a variety of services including CCTV pipeline inspections, sewer and stormwater cleaning, industrial vacuum work, hydroblasting, and confined space operations. You'll work alongside experienced team members using specialized equipment while receiving ongoing training and support.
Pay: $19.00-$20.00 per hour
What You'll Do
- Operate CCTV inspection equipment, industrial vacuum systems, hydroblasting equipment, and sewer cleaning units
- Perform pipeline inspections and assist with cleaning and maintenance of underground infrastructure
- Set up and break down jobsite equipment, hoses, pressure systems, and safety devices
- Use GPS and inspection software to document work performed and asset conditions
- Perform basic equipment inspections and minor troubleshooting
- Assist with confined space entry, traffic control, site setup, and cleanup
- Complete daily reports, inspection documentation, and equipment records
- Work as part of a team to safely complete projects for municipal and industrial customers
This is a hands-on field position. You'll spend your day operating equipment, performing physical work, and working alongside your crew—not sitting behind a desk.
What You Need
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- DOT medical card (or ability to obtain and maintain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding work
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Ability to work in confined spaces and at elevated locations
- Ability to wear required PPE, including a tight-fitting respirator
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to safety
- Good communication and teamwork skills
Preferred Experience
- CCTV pipeline inspection
- Industrial vacuum, hydroblasting, or sewer cleaning equipment
- Mechanical aptitude and equipment troubleshooting
- Construction, utilities, or industrial field services
- Confined space entry and industrial safety procedures

Work Environment
- Outdoor work at municipal, commercial, and industrial job sites
- Frequent lifting, climbing, bending, and physical labor
- Work around heavy equipment, underground infrastructure, and industrial facilities
- Routine local travel with occasional overnight travel based on project needs
