At Sweet Home Therapy, we are committed to delivering compassionate, student-centered mental health services through innovative teletherapy platforms. We partner with K12/Stride Schools to support the emotional and behavioral well-being of students across multiple states.
We are currently hiring licensed mental health professionals (Arkansas, Texas and/or Oregon) who are passionate about working with school-aged children (K-12th) and adolescents in a virtual setting. This role offers a flexible schedule and the opportunity to work remotely, while making a real impact on students' lives.
Role Description
- Provide individual and group counseling sessions to address students' IEP goals
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and external professionals to support student success.
- Attend IEP meetings
Experience
- Proven experience working with children in a counseling or educational setting is preferred.
- Familiarity with behavioral health practices and case management processes is highly desirable.
- Experience in individual or group counseling
- Knowledge of medical documentation standards related to student health records.
- Strong communication skills, empathy, and the ability to build rapport with students from diverse backgrounds.

Qualifications
- Current state licensure in (Arkansas, Texas and/or Oregon).
- Experience working with school-aged children or in school settings
- Comfortable using secure virtual platforms for therapy (e.g., Zoom, Teams,etc)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to maintain professional boundaries and accurate documentation
- Reliable internet connection and HIPAA-compliant work environment
