Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Fourslide Operator to join our manufacturing team. Company is one of the leading manufacturer producing top-of-the-line metal products. Anything from metal stamping, laser cutting, wiring, coils and ,any other fabrication. Company is located in Santa Fe Springs, CA.
1st shift: 7am to 3:30pm possible overtime ( hours can change)
Days: Monday - Friday
Pay: $20.00p/h
Duties
- Watch machine run and verify that the parts coming off the machine are per customer specifications. if parts are out of specification or the machine does not appear to be running properly, stop the machine immediately and notify your supervisor.
- Inspect parts using precision measuring gages and tools per shop routers and osp.
- Record inspection and work order data on various forms and tags per instructions.
- Maintain production records for the department.
- Wear all appropriate safety equipment, including safety glasses, earplugs, gloves, etc. follow all company safety rules and procedures.
- Keep workstation clean at all times.
- Understand and follow company rules and regulations.
- Perform all other duties as assigned or required.
Qualifications
- Must be skilled in the operation of machine tools, including fourslide machines.
- Must be able to read and understand basic blueprints, shop routers, operation sheets, and technical work instructions.
- Must be able to inspect parts using precision measuring gages.
- Must be Bilingual
- Must be able to understand verbal and written instructions.
- Must be able to work overtime as necessary.
