WRL Advertising, a full-service integrated marketing communications agency, is seeking a detail-oriented Office Manager / Bookkeeper to join our team. This role can be structured as part-time or full-time depending on the candidate. We’re looking for someone with strong QuickBooks Online expertise and excellent communication skills who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day bookkeeping in QuickBooks Online including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
- Record, classify, and summarize financial transactions to maintain accurate records.
- Prepare reports on cash receipts, expenditures, accounts payable/receivable, and other financial data.
- Handle invoicing, collections of past due invoices, and expense tracking.
- Ensure accuracy of financial entries and compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Support payroll and benefits administration in coordination with HR leadership.
- Manage office operations including budgets, supplies, vendor relationships, and facility upkeep.
- Serve as the point of contact for staff, clients, and external partners.
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
- Answer phones and provide general administrative support.
- Assist senior management with special projects as needed.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online (required).
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Prior experience in bookkeeping and/or office management strongly preferred.
