Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide a friendly, professional first impression
- Coordinate seating arrangements to optimize table utilization and minimize wait times
- Answer phone inquiries with clear communication and courteous phone etiquette
- Take and package to-go orders
- Answer questions about our food menu
- Maintain organized waitlists and communicate wait times effectively to guests
- Assist with guest services by addressing special requests and ensuring guest satisfaction
- Support food safety standards by adhering to hygiene and cleanliness protocols in guest areas
- Sweep restaurant floor
- Help with cleaning tasks
Requirements
- Previous host/hostess experience or background in food service preferred
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with guests and team members
- Work as a Team
- Memorize our menu
- Knowledge of Mexican food
- Basic math skills for handling reservations, waitlists, and guest counts accurately
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tables and reservations efficiently
- Experience with POS systems and familiarity with restaurant technology tools is a plus
- Demonstrated customer service orientation with a friendly, energetic attitude
- Ability to handle phone communication professionally, demonstrating good phone etiquette

Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
