The office location is in Fernandina Beach. All caregivers applying will work in the Nassau County of Florida.

Job Responsibilities:
Companionship/Homemaking
- Meal preparation
- Medication reminders
- Running errands and providing transportation to appointments
- Light housekeeping
- Washing and Ironing Laundry
home Health Aide/Personal Care
- Bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Toileting and Incontinence care
- Transferring and assistance with ambulation
- Assistance with eating and feeding
Physical & Environmental Requirements
- Must be able to lift, push, or pull up to 25 pounds safely
- Must be able to bend, twist, stoop, kneel, and reach
- Must be able to adapt to various living environments and client locations
- Must be able to withstand exposure to dust, mold, mildew, and cleaning solutions
- Must be able to communicate clearly and professionally with clients and families
- Must treat clients and their property with dignity and respect
Required Qualifications — Applicants Must Meet ALL of the Following:
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must have a High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Must have a Valid Driver’s License
- Must have your own Reliable working vehicle
- Must have Current Auto Insurance
- Must Pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) Check
- Must Pass a Drug Screening
- Must Have or be able to pass a Level 2 Background Check
- Must Have a current CPR Certification
