Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Crew Leader to join our landscaping business. As a Crew Leader, you will be responsible for leading and supervising a team of landscaping professionals to ensure efficient and high-quality execution of landscaping projects. - Project Execution:
- Oversee the execution of landscaping projects, including installation, maintenance, and enhancement.

Coordinate with the Project Manager to allocate resources and schedule tasks.

Supervise the proper operation and maintenance of landscaping equipment and tools.

Monitor the quality of work performed by the crew, addressing any issues or deficiencies promptly.

- Safety and Compliance:
- Promote a culture of safety among the crew members, adhering to all safety protocols and guidelines.

Conduct regular safety meetings and toolbox talks to communicate safety procedures and address concerns.

Ensure crew members use personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow safe work practices.

Qualifications:
