Pinnacle Alliances is hiring an experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN) for a 13-week travel contract with Down East Community Hospital / Calais Community Hospital in Machias, Maine.

Pay Package
Travel Pay (Package)
Up to $75/hr- $2,700/week
Job Responsibilities
The OR RN will be responsible for delivering safe, effective, and patient-family-centred perioperative care.
- Circulate and scrub for surgical procedures
- Assist in the recovery room as needed
- Collaborate with surgeons, anaesthesia providers, and the perioperative team
- Ensure patient safety and maintain sterile technique
- Document accurately in Cerner EMR
- Maintain confidentiality and support the facility’s mission, vision, and values
Requirements
- Active Maine RN license (must be currently active)
- Minimum 1 year of OR experience
- Experience with both circulating and scrubbing required
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS required
- CNOR preferred
- COVID-19 vaccination required
