Job Title: Lead Teacher
Schedule: Part-time or full-time | Monday–Friday
Compensation: $16–$20/hr, based on experience
Start Date: Immediate
About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic, all-in team member to lead daily creative art classes while supporting enrollment growth and program expansion.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-energy, multi-age environment and loves combining creativity with leadership. As a Lead Teacher, you will:
- Lead hands-on art and creative learning experiences
- Implement Kids Garden curriculum while bringing fresh ideas
- Maintain strong classroom engagement and consistent enrollment
- Manage art supplies and center inventory
- Support drop-in participation and program promotion
- Deliver exceptional communication and service to families
- Collaborate closely with an energetic teaching team
This position requires flexibility to support different age groups and programs as staffing and enrollment needs shift.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma required
- Minimum 6 months of experience in a childcare center
- Must pass background check and DSS Central Registry clearance
- Reliable transportation
