The Sales and Market Intelligence Analyst will help senior sales leadership turn growth strategy into execution. This person will bring structure, reporting, follow-up, CRM discipline, market research, and project coordination to a national sales organization.
This is a strong fit for someone who understands sales process, enjoys digging into data, and can work across sales, product, marketing, and business systems teams to improve visibility, accountability, and decision-making.
What You’ll Do

Help organize and drive sales growth initiatives from concept through execution.

Build visibility around sales pipeline, key accounts, target markets, and major opportunities.

Improve CRM reporting, data quality, dashboards, and follow-up processes.

Create practical reports that help sales leadership understand what is working, what is stalled, and where to focus.

Research customers, competitors, markets, applications, and technical trends to support growth planning.

Support market development efforts across industrial, mOur Clientle equipment, OEM, distributor, and engineered product channels.

Partner with product teams to track growth initiatives, cross-selling opportunities, and product-line performance.

Translate sales and market data into clear recommendations, business cases, and leadership updates.

Help standardize sales processes, reporting templates, playbooks, and training materials.

Support customer engagement plans, distributor programs, lead follow-up, and targeted account strategies.

Use CRM, spreadsheets, dashboards, AI tools, and reporting platforms to make sales information easier to access and act on.

Assist with sales presentations, internal updates, customer-facing materials, and executive reporting.
What We’re Looking For
-
Experience in sales operations, commercial operations, CRM management, sales enablement, business development, market development, program management, or sales analytics.

Background supporting a technical B2B sales organization, ideally within manufacturing, industrial products, engineered components, distribution, OEM sales, automation, or mOur Clientle equipment.

Comfortable working with CRM systems and improving pipeline visibility, reporting accuracy, and sales follow-up.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn scattered information into clear reports, dashboards, and action plans.

Ability to manage multiple initiatives, keep stakeholders aligned, and follow up without needing constant direction.

Strong communication skills with the ability to work with executives, regional sales leaders, product teams, marketing, and technical stakeholders.

Experience with dashboards, spreadsheets, presentations, CRM reporting, sales KPIs, market research, and competitor tracking.

Exposure to hydraulics, fluid power, motion control, filtration, cooling systems, sensors, electronics, or other engineered products is helpful.

Microsoft Dynamics experience is helpful, but experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or another major CRM is also relevant.

Associate degree with relevant experience or bachelor’s degree preferred.
