- Utilize CRM software, including Salesforce Cloud, to track interactions, update customer information, and manage sales pipelines effectively
- Negotiate deals with potential customers, ensuring mutual satisfaction and closing sales efficiently
- Maintain excellent phone communication skills to answer questions, address concerns, and provide exceptional customer service
- Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to identify target markets and optimize outreach strategies

Requirements
- Proven experience in negotiation, telemarketing, or inside sales environments; familiarity with B2B sales is a plus
- Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to clearly articulate product benefits and technical features
- Experience with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer data and sales activities
- Knowledge of sales technology adoption, including phone communication tools and sales automation platforms
- Demonstrated ability to conduct outbound calling campaigns and warm calling techniques effectively
- Customer service orientation with a focus on consultative selling strategies to build long-term relationships
