What You’ll Be Doing:
- Developing and managing commercial banking relationships
- Conducting outside sales calls and networking within the community
- Analyzing borrower financials and recommending lending solutions
- Managing an existing commercial loan portfolio
- Identifying cross-selling opportunities and supporting business growth
- Partnering with business owners, CFOs, and advisors on financing strategies
What We’re Looking For:
- Commercial lending and business development experience
- Strong relationship management and sales skills
- Ability to analyze financial statements and credit opportunities
- Experience managing commercial loan portfolios preferred

Utica / Rome, NY Area - Hybrid, 3 days on-site (Must reside in Utica-Rome and surrounding areas)
Pay: $85,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
