Job Overview
We are searching for a dynamic Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations at our University Dr. location. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for hospitality and a knack for leadership. As a Restaurant Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining food quality standards, and keeping the restaurant running smoothly. Duties
- Lead and supervise restaurant staff, including hiring, training, and developing team members to ensure top-notch service.
- Oversee food preparation processes, ensuring compliance with food safety standards and quality control.
- Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies, stock rotation, and minimizing waste using systems like Crunchtime or PAR.
- Handle cash management and POS transactions accurately while maintaining accountability for daily financial procedures.
- Ensure smooth shift management by coordinating schedules, monitoring performance, and resolving operational issues promptly.
- Uphold high standards of customer service by addressing guest concerns and ensuring a welcoming dining environment.
- Support kitchen management with food production oversight and assist in catering or banquet events when needed.
Qualifications
- Proven management experience in quick service or fast food restaurants; casual dining or fine dining experience is a plus.
- Strong background in food handling, food safety practices, and kitchen management.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; cash handling experience required.
- Excellent leadership skills with experience supervising teams and conducting staff training & development.
- Knowledge of inventory control, budgeting, and food production processes within the food industry.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a busy hospitality environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
