Job Summary

Duties
- Assist in the preparation of construction sites by clearing debris, setting up barriers, and installing erosion control measures to protect surrounding environments.
- Interpret and follow construction plans, blueprints, and technical drawings to accurately execute project tasks.
- Operate power tools, hand tools, and equipment safely to perform tasks such as digging, lifting, material handling, and assembly.
- Perform heavy lifting and manual handling tasks while adhering to proper ergonomic techniques to prevent injury.
- Climb ladders or scaffolding as needed for various tasks while maintaining strict adherence to safety standards including respiratory protection protocols.
Requirements
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and technical drawings accurately.
- Physical capability for manual handling tasks involving heavy lifting, climbing, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety practices including respiratory protection use when necessary.
