Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Warehouse/Driver/Fleet Manager to join our team. The Warehouse/Driver/Fleet Manager will be responsible for transporting goods and materials to designated locations, as well as assisting with warehouse duties. Also responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of all company vehicles. The ideal candidate must have a valid driver's license with a good driving record and possess excellent driving skills.
Duties:
- Safely operate a variety of vehicles, including pick-up trucks, service vans, and cars.
- Load and unload goods and materials from vehicles
- Deliver materials and parts to offsite job locations.
- Heavy lifting is required.
- Trash pick up and disposal.
- Inspect vehicles for mechanical issues and perform basic maintenance tasks. Assist with the drop off and pick up of vehicles for maintenance.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations
- Assist with warehouse duties such as inventory management, inventory ordering, organizing, and maintaining cleanliness.
-Check in material and inventory orders and verify correctness. Inventory managment.
-Tag specific materials for jobs.
- Tracking and upkeep of all shop tools and equipment.
- Assist with the upkeep of building maintenance and repairs.
Skills:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Proven experience in driving various types of vehicles
- Knowledge of mechanical operations and basic vehicle maintenance
- Ability to load and unload heavy items safely
- Familiarity with route planning and navigation tools
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
