We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Specialist to join our team at our California office. In this role, you will be the backbone of our shipping and inventory operations, ensuring seamless coordination between our sales, support, and European offices. Handle all incoming and outgoing shipments, including packing, unpacking, and completing all logistic paperwork for UPS and FedEx.

Coordinate with the sales team to ensure accurate and timely processing of customer orders.

Respond to shipping complaints, track lost items, and manage all damages.

Receive all product shipments from European office and verify all serialized products.

Manage inventory with weekly counts of both serialized and non-serialized products.

Resolve all inventory issues with the accounting department.

Handle customs clearance documentation and processes.

Maintain spreadsheets for all shipments from the CA office.

Maintain spreadsheets for all serialized scanners.

Receive defective scanners from customers and route them to the in-house support team.

Participate in routine repair operations that can be done in-house.

Ship defective scanners to European office for repair.

Receive repaired scanners from European office and ship them to customers after they are checked by the in-house support team.

Organize, pack, and ship products, literature, and all items needed for trade shows and exhibitions.

Drive to freight forwarders, FedEx, and UPS when needed.

Provide support to other departments in the office as required.
