What began as a small hometown lawn care operation in Lilburn, GA has grown into a full-service lawn and landscape company serving Gwinnett, Walton, Barrow, Rockdale, Newton, and Oconee Counties.
Purpose
As a Customer Support Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers to provide support, resolve concerns, and ensure a positive experience with every interaction. Your professionalism and communication skills will help uphold our company values and strengthen customer relationships. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in a welcoming environment while making a positive impact on our clients and team members alike.
Primary Responsibilities
- Customer Support: Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and text with courtesy and efficiency.
- Needs Assessment: Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Issue Resolution: Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette, active listening, and problem-solving skills to resolve issues efficiently
- Scheduling: Manage appointment scheduling, calendar management, and follow-up communications using our CRM software
- Invoicing and Accounts Receivables: Send invoices for services completed and full ownership of AR
- Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate records through data entry, filing, and documentation of customer interactions and transactions
- Industry Knowledge: Learn all services to effectively communicate with our customer base and upselling when appropriate
- Problem-solving: Work to improve processes and customer retention

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
