Universal Servo is an industrial automation and robotics repair company that services all electronic, hydraulic and robotic units used in manufacturing facilities worldwide. We are an authorized repair center and distributor for Atos, Brooks Automation and Eaton/Danfoss hydraulics. With three hydraulic flow benches, three electronic labs, servo motor lab and a robotics division, Universal Servo has become a leader in the repair industry.
Universal Servo is seeking an inside sales representative with a desire to succeed and excel. This is a position that will require interactions with current and potential customers via email and phone, including cold calling.
Responsibilities:
-Develop relationships with unassigned accounts
-Develop current low volume customers
-Cold Calling to initiate new accounts not already doing business with Universal Servo
Qualifications & Skills
-Basic computer skills - Email, Office Suite Programs (Excel, Outlook, Word), Web Searching (researching customers, products, etc.)
-Comfortable with high volume of outbound activity (300+ calls per week)
-Excellent people skills and ability to communicate well with people of varying backgrounds
-Uses proper English grammar demonstrated through both speech and written communication
Education
-High school diploma or equivalent
