Maintenance Technician – Manufacturing (Multiple Shifts)
Location: Bartlett, IL
Rate: $35-$40 per hour
Full-time (Minimum 40 hours)
Shifts: 1st, 2nd, 3rd available

The role
You’ll support day‑to‑day plant operations by keeping equipment and facilities running safely, reliably, and efficiently. This is a hands‑on, mechanically focused maintenance role in a high‑volume manufacturing environment.
What you’ll be doing
- Preventive and corrective maintenance on processing, packaging, and conveyor equipment
- Troubleshooting mechanical systems (belts, chains, bearings, gearboxes)
- Basic electrical and pneumatic fault‑finding
- Supporting utilities, facility repairs, and equipment installations
- Recording work through a CMMS and following food safety and LOTO standards
What we’re looking for
- 2+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing (food, beverage, CPG preferred)
- Strong mechanical aptitude with basic electrical knowledge
- Welding or fabrication experience a plus
- Comfortable working shifts, weekends, and overtime as needed
