Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate individual tax returns
- Communicate professionally with clients
- Collect and review tax documents
- Follow IRS guidelines and due diligence requirements
- Maintain confidentiality and provide excellent customer service
- Attend required virtual trainings and team meetings
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Reliable computer and internet access
- Willing to obtain a PTIN before tax season (guidance provided)
- Tax preparation experience is preferred but not required

Compensation
This position is commission-based. The hourly rate listed on Indeed is for posting purposes only. Compensation is based on production and performance. Commissions are paid weekly every Friday.
