Respite Center Case Aide
Location: Clallam County Respite Center (Port Angeles, WA)
Pay range: $20 to $23 per hour plus $2,000 signing bonus
Rotating 12-hour schedule consisting of 3 shifts one week and 4 shifts the following week:
- FT Float 3pm to 3am Friday, Saturday, Sunday and every other Monday (schedule may adjust based on coverage needs)

About the Role:
The Respite Center Case Aide supports individuals in crisis at our 6-bed mental health respite center. You’ll play a key role in providing observation, support, and coordination of care for clients in a safe, recovery-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and support individuals experiencing mental health crises
- Coordinate care with clinicians, DCRs, nurses, and other providers
- Assist with admissions, discharges, and medication self-administration
- Offer emotional support, referrals, and skill-building encouragement
- Communicate with outside care partners and support teams
- Help with meals, housekeeping, and maintaining a clean, safe facility
- Accurately document services using the electronic medical record system
What You’ll Need:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- One year experience in a clinical or behavioral health setting preferred
- Valid WA driver’s license with insurable driving record
- Agency Affiliated Counselor registration (we help you obtain this)
- CPR/First Aid certification and Food Worker Permit
- Ability to pass a background check, drug screen, and provide immunization records (MMR, HepB, Tdap and flu shot)

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting individuals with mental health needs
- Familiarity with CareLogic or similar EMR systems
