What You'll Do
As a Behavioral Technician, you will work one-on-one with children in our center-based ABA program, implementing individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Your work will help children develop communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills in a supportive and engaging environment.
Our therapists work exclusively in our clinic-no in-home sessions.
Position Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Recommended 1–2 years of experience working with children
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Current CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to follow structured treatment plans and collect accurate data
- Reliable, professional, and committed to providing consistent care for clients and families
- Willingness to learn and accept feedback
