Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production and Fulfillment Assistant to join our team in the Tactical Gear Manufacturing sector. This role is essential for ensuring the efficient production and timely fulfillment of high-quality tactical gear. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing, assembly, and warehouse operations, and will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
- Cut materials for production
- Trim and finish completed products
- Package products for shipment
- Ship orders to customers and dealers
- Learn sewing and full product assembly over time
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a smooth workflow throughout the manufacturing process.
- Conduct regular inspections of products to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the manufacturing facility.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
Qualifications
- Experience with sewing is preferred, not required
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Excellent attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and take on new skills
- Positive attitude and pride in craftsmanship
- Added consideration given if candidate likes loud rock music and firearms
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
