American Traveler is seeking a Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT/RRT) with at least 2 years of experience for a 13-week night shift contract at a Level III Trauma Center in Marinette, WI.

Work in the Respiratory Therapy Services department of a 99-bed Level III Trauma Center
-
Patient population spans neonate to geriatric with respiratory conditions
-
1:1 patient ratio
-
Performs procedures including intubations assist, mechanical ventilation, nebulizer therapy, BiPAP, CPAP, and ABG collection
-
Equipment includes BiPAP V60s and V30s, Puritan Bennett 840 ventilators, and Hamilton and Enve transport vents
-
Charting via Epic (experience required)

12-hour night shifts, 1800–0630, 36 hours per week
-
Every third weekend rotation, open to every weekend if preferred
-
Holiday rotation required

Minimal on-call requirement
-
Floating throughout the hospital
-
Active CRT or RRT credential required
-
Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP

License required if applicable

Minimum 2 years of respiratory therapy experience, with most recent experience within the last year

Epic EMR experience required

COVID vaccine required

Professional reference from a Supervisor, Manager, Director, or Charge RN dated within the past year required for consideration

Candidates who are former employees of Advocate Health or any of its subsidiaries must have been separated for at least 12 months to be eligible
-
Team consists of 2 RTs per shift with 24/7 house supervisor support
-
Orientation consists of 1 shift to learn workflow

First-time travelers may be considered on a case-by-case basis

Local candidates are accepted at the same rate — no radius restrictions apply
