Duties
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products or services
- Develop and maintain lasting client relationships through effective communication and personalized service
- Conduct upselling by identifying opportunities to enhance sales and increase revenue
- Manage route driving to ensure timely delivery of products, adhering to safety and DOT (Department of Transportation) regulations
- Assist in merchandising efforts within retail stores to optimize product placement and visibility
- Handle heavy lifting and safe lifting practices when transporting automobile parts or merchandise
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pricing, and customer interactions to support organizational goals
Requirements
- Proven experience in retail sales, customer service, or related fields is preferred
- Strong knowledge of pricing strategies and upselling techniques
- Valid driver’s license with experience in commercial truck driving or route driving is highly desirable
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while following proper lifting practices
- Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction and relationship building
- Basic math skills for handling transactions, pricing calculations, and inventory management
- Familiarity with DOT regulations, automobile transportation, and merchandising standards
- Organizational skills to manage multiple routes and customer accounts efficiently
- Prior military experience is a plus, demonstrating discipline and reliability

Pay: $31,200.00 - $70,000.00 per year
