Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Psychometrist to join our growing behavioral health team. In this vital role, you will administer psychological assessments and gather comprehensive data to support neuropsychologists. Your expertise will help ensure accurate evaluation of individuals across diverse populations, including children, adolescents, and adults with various developmental, behavioral, or mental health conditions. Duties
- Administer standardized psychological and neuropsychological tests and assessments to evaluate cognitive, emotional, and behavioral functioning
- Score and document raw test data
- Assist with chart creation and chart reviews.
- Maintain accurate medical records, documentation, and reports in compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Ensure proper data collection for quality improvement initiatives within the organization
- Other administrative tasks as needed
Skills
- Must have a bachelor's degree or higher in psychology or a related field.
- Familiarity with psychometry work and psychological/neuropsychological testing preferred
- Familiarity with medical terminology, medical documentation standards, and electronic health records systems (EHR) such as HIPAA compliance tools
- Excellent communication skills for conducting intake interviews and patient care interactions
- Competence in collecting behavioral health data accurately and efficiently
