We’re hiring at Citizen Soul! We're looking for a part-time server who can also step into a leadership role.
NIGHTS ONLY - 4pm in time.
You'll work one dedicated "key" shift each Monday or Tuesday night at $25/hour, with a meal included. In addition, you'll have flexibility for one or two regular server shifts each week. We prefer candidates with leadership experience who are passionate about hospitality. If you’re ready to grow and lead with us, we’d love to hear from you!
Responsibilities
- Open or close the restaurant and assist with shift leadership responsibilities
- Support daily operations with attention to guest experience, sanitation, and organization
- Welcome guests and provide a warm, professional first impression
- Present menus and assist guests with food, beverage, and wine selections
- Take and serve orders while maintaining service standards
- Assist with team communication and help coordinate service between the dining room, bar, and kitchen
- Address guest concerns with professionalism and a solutions-oriented attitude
- Process payments and complete end-of-shift responsibilities accurately
Skills
- Previous restaurant serving, supervisory, or leadership experience preferred
- Strong understanding of hospitality and guest service standards
- Ability to lead by example and support team members during service
- Attention to cleanliness, safety, and operational detail
- Excellent communication skills and a positive, guest-focused attitude
- Reliable, responsible, and trustworthy
- High school diploma is a plus but not required
Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour
