Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Esthetician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of skincare treatments and techniques, along with excellent customer service skills. As an Esthetician, you will be responsible for providing high-quality services to our clients, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction while promoting healthy skin practices.
Duties
- Perform a variety of skincare treatments, including facials, dermabrasion, and other treatments.
- Assess clients' skin conditions and recommend appropriate treatments and products tailored to their needs.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to sanitation standards.
- Engage in retail sales by recommending skincare products that enhance client results.
- Provide exceptional customer service by building rapport with clients and addressing their concerns effectively.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in skincare technology.
Experience
- Previous experience as an Esthetician is preferred, with a strong background in guest services.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor are essential for creating a welcoming environment for clients.
- A valid esthetician license is required.
