Duties
- Safely and promptly deliver food orders from the kitchen to guests’ tables, maintaining quality and presentation standards
- Assist with food preparation tasks as needed to support kitchen staff and ensure timely service
- Clear and reset tables efficiently, bussing dishes and maintaining cleanliness throughout the dining area
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff, servers, and management to coordinate order delivery and address guest needs
- Support food safety protocols by handling dishes with care and adhering to sanitation standards
- Use POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to process orders or assist with guest transactions when required
- Contribute to a lively team environment by providing excellent guest service and fostering positive interactions with diners
Requirements
- Prior experience in food service, restaurant environments, or hospitality is highly preferred
- Knowledge of food handling, safety standards, and proper serving techniques
- Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus
- Experience with banquet service, bussing, or kitchen support roles is advantageous
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced setting
- Ability to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods comfortably
