What You’ll Be Doing:
- Make outbound calls to federal employees to schedule virtual appointments
- Use scripts and CRM tools (Salesforce) to guide effective conversations
- Represent FESA with professionalism and purpose
You Are:
- Goal-driven, organized, and tech-savvy
- Experienced in sales, appointment setting, or customer service
