The Bilingual Patient Representative is responsible for providing exceptional front desk customer service while ensuring accurate registration, scheduling, and financial processes. This Bilingual Patient Representative role is ideal for someone who is professional, organized, and confident communicating in both English and Spanish.
As a Bilingual Patient Representative, you will also assist with translating and facilitating communication between patients, technologists, radiologists, and clinic staff to ensure clarity and comfort throughout the imaging process.
We are seeking a friendly and dependable Bilingual Patient Representative to join our team at Overland Park. The Bilingual Patient Representative will greet patients, manage scheduling, verify insurance, collect payments, and assist with language interpretation as needed within the clinic.

Greet patients warmly and professionally upon arrival

Register patients accurately in the electronic system

Verify insurance eligibility and collect applicable copays or balances

Schedule appointments and answer incoming calls

Assist with translating conversations between patients and technologists

Support communication between radiologists, technologists, and patients when language assistance is needed

Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance

Communicate effectively with clinic staff to ensure smooth workflow

Support overall front office operations and patient experience

Required Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent

Previous healthcare, medical office, or customer service experience preferred

Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
