Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Three or more years of experience in corporate accounting or financial reporting.
Technical proficiency in accounting software like QuickBooks or similar platforms.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, particularly with pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions.
Strong organizational habits and a keen eye for detail when reconciling accounts.
CPA certification or working toward licensure is highly valued.
Oversee the full-cycle accounting process, ensuring every ledger entry is accurate and accounted for.
Prepare monthly and quarterly financial statements that give our leadership team a clear picture of our performance.
Manage accounts payable and receivable, making sure our vendors and partners are supported efficiently.
Conduct regular bank reconciliations to keep our cash flow data current and reliable.
Collaborate with the broader team to assist with budget forecasting and year-end planning.
Maintain internal financial controls to ensure we remain compliant and transparent in our operations.
