Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
- Manage reservations using multi-line phone systems and hotel management software, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing guest needs, questions, and special requests promptly and courteously.
- Handle guest relations by resolving issues quickly and professionally, turning challenges into positive experiences.
- Maintain clear communication with housekeeping, maintenance, and management to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Uphold phone etiquette standards when answering inquiries via phone or in person, demonstrating professionalism at all times.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as updating guest records, processing payments, and managing guest accounts.
Qualifications
- Previous hotel experience or hospitality management background preferred but not required; a passion for customer service is essential.
- Strong knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor that fosters guest trust and satisfaction.
- Demonstrated ability to manage guest relations with tact, patience, and professionalism.
- Experience in resort or hotel environments is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate.

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
