The Enrollment Coordinator is a key member of PIC's administrative team, responsible for maintaining optimum enrollment across our early learning and school-age programs. Often the first point of contact for families, this role effectively promotes and articulates the value of PIC's programs.
PIC provides high-quality early childhood and school-age programs built on learning through play, community, nature, best-practice approaches, diversity and inclusion, equity, and educator professionalism.
Essential Duties:
- Schedule and conduct tours and intake interviews; maintain waitlists and family data in the enrollment database.
- Produce monthly enrollment and scheduling reports for the Executive Director and Program Coordinators.
- Support budget planning and monitor enrollment against monthly revenue projections, in coordination with the Finance Director.
- Consult with teachers and Program Coordinators on classroom placements and transitions.
- Coordinate monthly with the Accounts Manager on tuition billing and Parent Participation Program (PPP) records.
- Orient and support families, including those with special needs or in crisis; serve as staff liaison to the Parent Involvement Committee.
- Coordinate center-wide family events, and communications. Support Board committees and assist with grant applications and fundraising as needed.
Qualifications:
MA in ECE, Education, or Social/Human Services with 4 years of administrative experience in an early childhood setting; BA candidates need 6 years of administrative experience All PA clearances required
Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication, ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines, and familiarity with word processing, spreadsheet, and database programs. Experience with Brightwheel Childcare Management System a plus.
Physical Requirements: Able to work flexible hours including occasional evenings/weekends; able to lift up to 50 pounds.
Salary Range: $50,000 - $55,000 (based on 40-hour week), plus full PIC benefits package.
