We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Licensed Plumber to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems across residential and commercial properties. Duties
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including water supply, drainage, and waste disposal for both residential and commercial properties
- Interpret technical drawings, schematics, blueprints, and construction plans to execute projects accurately
- Conduct plumbing inspections using specialized cameras and diagnostic tools to identify issues within complex systems
- Perform drain cleaning, pipe threading, welding, and assembly tasks using hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment
- Adhere strictly to local building codes and safety regulations during all phases of construction and repair work
- Operate company vehicles safely to transport tools, materials, and personnel to various job sites
- Collaborate with construction teams, carpenters, HVAC specialists, and other trades to ensure seamless project completion
- Conduct routine maintenance on plumbing systems and troubleshoot mechanical issues efficiently
- Assist in remodeling projects by integrating plumbing components with carpentry and handyman tasks
- Maintain detailed documentation of work performed, including inspection reports and project logs
Qualifications
- Valid state-issued license as a professional plumber with comprehensive knowledge of plumbing codes and regulations
- Proven construction site experience with residential and commercial plumbing projects
- Skilled in welding, pipe threading, water systems installation, and plumbing system maintenance
- Familiarity with plumbing inspection cameras, schematics, blueprints reading, and interpreting technical drawings
- Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, heavy lifting equipment, and construction machinery safely
- Strong mechanical knowledge combined with basic math skills for precise measurements and calculations
- Excellent customer service skills with a professional attitude when interacting with clients on-site
- Experience in remodeling or handyman work is a plus but not required
- Valid driver’s license with the ability to operate company vehicles responsibly in compliance with commercial driving standards
- Knowledge of HVAC systems is advantageous but not mandatory
