Duties
- Respond promptly to water damage, fire restoration, mold remediation, and other emergency calls to assess the scope of work needed.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment safely to extract water, remove damaged materials, and prepare sites for restoration.
- Perform cleaning tasks including carpet cleaning, debris removal, and surface sanitation to restore properties to their pre-loss condition.
- Assist with asbestos abatement procedures following safety protocols and industry standards.
- Support mold remediation efforts by identifying sources of moisture and applying appropriate remediation techniques.
- Document all work performed accurately and communicate progress with team members and clients.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly cared for and stored.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in the restoration industry or related fields such as construction or cleaning is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of water damage restoration, fire restoration, mold remediation, asbestos abatement, and carpet cleaning techniques.
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and basic construction practices.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in fast-paced environments.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; ability to operate company vehicles if required.
- Physical stamina to lift heavy objects, stand for extended periods, and perform strenuous tasks as needed.

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
