Location: Havre, Montana
Pay Rate: $45.00 to $50.00/hr
Contract: 8 Weeks
Schedule: Varies based on need, including days and nights
Total Working Hours: 36 Hours/Week

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse for an 8-week contract opportunity in Havre, Montana. This role supports resident care in a long-term care setting and requires flexibility to work varying shifts based on facility needs.
Responsibilities
Participate in assessing, planning, and implementing resident care.
Provide nursing care under the direction of the Unit Manager.
Monitor resident condition and report changes to the care team.
Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
Support resident safety, comfort, dignity, and quality of care.
Maintain accurate documentation using Meditech.
Follow facility policies, nursing standards, and care protocols.
Support the mission and nursing philosophy of the care center.
Requirements
Active Montana Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse license required.
Graduate of an accredited RN or LPN program required.
BLS/BCLS certification required.
Minimum 1 year of LTC nursing experience required.
Meditech experience preferred.
Must be flexible to work days and nights based on facility needs.
Holiday coverage required.
In-state Montana travelers must live more than 250 miles from the facility.
Must have a current telephone number and ability to learn and retain relevant information.
